THe unburnout Experience
A transformative experience for high-performing women who are tired of holding it all together for everybody and are ready to live from true connection, building everything they desire without leading to burnout.
You were taught to do it all. Show up fully for work, be a present parent, be the “good” daughter, be emotionally available to your partner and to take care of yourself somewhere in between. To be ambitious and driven, organized and reliable and steady. To anticipate needs, manage the details and keep things running smoothly. And somehow to make it all look effortless.
Somewhere along the way, that system broke. It continues to leave too many women tired, unfulfilled and living a life they never intentionally chose.
This is where that changes. This is where you step out of default and back into choice.
And where the future you’re building starts to feel like it’s actually yours.
The system is broke…
I Get it,
You’re holding a Lot…
You’re in a big role with real responsibility, and there are people counting on you at work and at home. It’s a full life, and it didn’t happen by accident.
Your days tend to blur together with meetings, decisions, emotional labor and logistics. One thing ends and the next begins before you’ve had much space in between.
You’re capable, quick, and reliable. You see what needs to be done and you do it. You’re often the steady one others lean on.
Because of that, your system rarely gets to fully turn off. Even when you rest, part of you is still on, tracking, managing and holding everything together. The cost is that you’re almost never fully at rest, even in the moments that are supposed to restore you.
You might not call it burnout. You’re still showing up and delivering.
But let’s get really honest here, there’s a cost to it all. There’s a tightness in your body, a tiredness that doesn’t go away and less patience than you wish to have.
This isn’t because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because you’re carrying responsibility everywhere.
And no one ever taught you how to tend your energy when it doesn’t let up.
Burnout is rarely caused by doing too much. It’s caused by feeding the fire with the wrong fuel.
Most high-capacity women don’t burn out because they can’t handle life. They burn out because they take on more than is theirs, stay switched on too long and push past themselves when things get intense.
When you start noticing your burn patterns, catch the places where your energy leaks and stop abandoning yourself under pressure, something changes.
Your energy stabilizes. Your system calms. Life becomes sustainable again.
The Truth?
You don’t want a smaller life.
You want it to stop costing you.
You wake up and your energy actually feels like yours. You’re not gearing yourself up for the day or pushing through just to get going. There’s a steadiness there that wasn’t before.
You still deal with pressure, because your life is still full, and it feels different now. You’re not scrambling or bracing the way you used to. You make decisions, trust them, and move on instead of replaying them later in your head.
You notice you’re carrying less. Not because you’ve dropped the ball or stopped caring, but because you’ve stopped automatically picking up things that were never really yours to hold.
Things feel quieter inside. Your boundaries hold without long explanations or internal negotiations, and your energy stays steady instead of flaring and fading.
So let’s fast forward 6 months from now
This is what happens when you stop managing burnout…
and change the way you show up in your life
The Unburnout Experience isn’t mindset work. It’s not about thinking your way out of exhaustion or trying to be more positive. And it’s not a rest prescription that works for a week and then disappears the moment life ramps back up.
The outcome here is that relief actually lasts, because the patterns underneath it change.
This work focuses on what actually happens to you under pressure and how your body responds when demands stack up. We look at where your energy leaks during long days, hard conversations and moments when you automatically take on more than you meant to.
The outcome is awareness you can feel in real time, not insight you only understand after the fact.
Inside the experience, we slow things down enough to work with what’s real. Together we look at how you carry responsibility, how quickly you move into over-functioning and what happens in your body the moment something feels urgent or uncomfortable.
The outcome is being able to catch yourself earlier, before you’ve already given too much.
We work on noticing those moments as they happen. The instant you say yes without checking in or the way your shoulders tighten when a meeting runs long. How your mind stays on well past the end of the day.
The outcome is having real choices in those moments, instead of default reactions.
You’ll practice responding differently in those exact situations. Setting boundaries that actually hold and letting go of what isn’t yours to carry. Staying present without bracing so that you can enjoy these moments without feeling the need to push through.
The outcome is steadiness through full days, not collapse at the end of them.
You won’t be asked to push harder or soften more and you won’t be told to shrink your life to recover from it. You’ll learn how to move through full days and real responsibility with steadiness, so you’re no longer relying on adrenaline or running on fumes just to keep up.
The outcome is a way of living that feels sustainable, grounded and truly yours.
the work we do
together is different…
What you’ve been told to do…
and why it hasn’t worked
YOU NEED BETTER BOUNDARIES.
Boundaries fail when discomfort isn’t tolerable.
YOU NEED MORE REST.
Rest doesn’t work when energy keeps leaking.
YOU NEED TO DO LESS.
You don’t need less fire. You need cleaner fuel.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE THIS.
Handling everything is often what creates the strain.
Introducing…
THe UNBURNOUT EXPERIENCE
The Unburnout Experience changes how you live inside your life and is designed for high-performing women who are tired of carrying everything on sheer effort, and are ready to stop running on adrenaline so their life actually feels livable again.
Inside the experience, you’re supported in slowing down just enough to see what’s really happening. You begin to understand how your energy works, where it quietly leaks and what shifts when you stop taking responsibility for more than is actually yours.
This shift reshapes how you work, relate and live.
In your relationships, you’re more present without being depleted. You listen without running a parallel mental to-do list. You respond instead of snapping or shutting down and the people closest to you feel more of you, not just what’s left of you.
At work, decisions feel cleaner and take less out of you because you stop over-explaining and over-compensating. Your presence feels steadier, and people respond differently.
Day to day, life feels less like something you’re managing and more like something you’re living. There’s more space between moments and more choice.
Not because your life got easier, but because you’re no longer burning yourself to keep it all going.
What life looks like on the other side of The Unburnout Experience:
You catch the patterns that used to quietly take over when you’re tired or under pressure, and they no longer run the show before you even realize what’s happening.
You stop taking responsibility for what was never yours to carry, and you notice how much less explaining, managing, and compensating you’re doing without effort.
Your boundaries hold. You don’t shut down, blow up, or replay the moment later wondering if you handled it wrong.
You move through pressure without abandoning yourself just to keep things moving.
You’re no longer relying on willpower to get through the day. The way you carry your life feels steady, grounded, and livable.
inside the experience:

A private community space to post wins, name challenges and stay connected between sessions.
Seeing your experience reflected in others helps normalize the process and keeps the work grounded as it unfolds week by week.
Meet Jena
For most of my career, I worked inside high-demand systems where the pace was fast, the expectations were high and the margin for pause was thin.
I wasn’t in crisis. I wasn’t falling apart. I wasn’t burned out in the way people usually talk about burnout.
And I spent a lot of time feeling extra well done. Crispy around the edges. Running on capability, momentum and a nervous system that rarely got to stand down.
From the outside, it worked, kinda. From the inside, it was costly.
What I didn’t have then was the kind of support that helped me understand how I was carrying the system I was in. Not performance advice. Not productivity tactics. But someone who could help me see what was happening beneath the surface and how much effort was being quietly absorbed by my body.
For the first time in my corporate career, I hired a coach.
That experience was life‑changing. Not because anything was broken, but because I saw something entirely new in myself. How I related to pressure. How much I held without realizing it. And how I actually wanted to show up in my life, not just function inside it.
That moment clarified why this work mattered to me.
Alongside my work as a coach, I’ve also been carrying significant personal realities that required me to live this work in real time. I was suddenly thrust into circumstances I didn’t recognize, couldn’t prepare for and didn’t get to choose. A world that demanded steadiness, discernment and care, even while much of it was unfamiliar and deeply personal.
That experience refined my work more than any training ever could. It taught me what it means to stay present without collapsing, to function without numbing and to let support exist without needing to explain everything.
Today, I work with high-capacity women who are skilled, capable and deeply responsible. Women who are very good at adapting to pressure, holding things together and staying functional, even when it costs them.
Together, we look at how pressure lives in their bodies, where energy leaks without being noticed and what changes when they stop over-functioning in systems that quietly demand too much.
The goal isn’t to do less. It’s to carry what’s real without being worn down by it.
You already know the two paths in front of you.
One is familiar. You keep managing your energy as best you can. Making small adjustments. Recovering when you’re able. Telling yourself this is just a demanding stretch.
You know how that goes. You stay capable. You stay needed. And you stay tired.
The other path isn’t about doing less or stepping away. It’s about changing how you carry what’s already on your plate. Sorting what’s actually yours from what you’ve been absorbing out of habit. And stopping the quiet trade where your body pays for everything else.
This work is for women who are done negotiating with exhaustion and are ready for their lives to feel steady again.
Right now, you’ve got two choices:
You don’t need To slow your life down
You just need a different way to carry it.
This is where things start to change, where you stop running on fumes and find a steadier way to move through your days.
